Allow 3 to 4 weeks for Sedona Flutes and 4 to 6 weeks for Heartsong Concert Flutes,
also remember to clearly indicate the flute style, wood, mouth-piece shape and the key of the flute you wish to order.

If for some reason you were not satisfied with the quality of the instrument,
please return it within 3 days from the date received, in its original package, postage prepaid and insured for full refunds.
Any instruments crafted under specific hole size, special scales, tunings or anything other than what I offer normally on this site will not be taken back.
